Role Summary
- Provide primary support for IT and OT operations infrastructure within Port of Neom in conjunction with NEOM IT Share Services, OXAGON IT and suppliers.
- Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and configuration of IT/OT network and communication equipment, like routers, switches, firewalls, WLC Controllers, Access Points, CCTV, Biometric devices, VoIP systems, and network infrastructure.
- Provide servers maintenance and upgrades for TOS, GOS, Reefer, Equipment Control, Emulation, Fleet Management, and other systems.
- Perform monthly TOS and GOS server maintenance as well as with other OXAGON Port’s Systems.
- Assist in IT/OT network and communications design and implementation, ensuring performance, availability, and security at targeted levels.
- Work with the Neom IT team on establishing IT and OT network and communications design principles, practices, implementations, documentation, and maintenance procedures follows NEOM IT and OXAGON IT policies.
- Provide technical support of Database environments/applications, including software installation, database creation, upgrades, patches, problem diagnosis, performance monitoring, database maintenance, process automation, evaluation, and tuning recommendations in conjunction with NEOM IT Share Services and OXAGON IT.
- Create and maintain complete technical documentation for relevant processes or new features.
- Analyze IT and OT network and communication performance, identify malfunctions, and provide corrective action.
- Plan, coordinate and execute the interventions necessary for the optimal functioning of the IT and OT network in conjunction with NEON IT Share Services and OXAGON IT.
- Perform Network Monitoring Statistics and Reporting as well as execute Network Log Analysis and Troubleshooting with NEOM IT Share Services and OXAGON IT.
- Assist in various IT projects intended to continually improve the network infrastructure.
- Interact with other areas to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT/OT network, communications, and servers solutions.
- Ability to maintain cooperative working and positively communicate relationships with team and customers to interact with all levels within NEOM, OXAGON and external Parties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specifically in IT/OT networking, communication, and servers’ systems.
- High energy, enthusiastic and proactive self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in electronic Engineer, Telecommunication, information technology or related fields.
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certified required. Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) desired.
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity (ISO 27001, CISM or CEH).
- ITIL Certification is a plus.
- Project Management Professional desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, Visio, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint.
- 5+ years’ experience as Networking and communication administrator, IT infrastructure operations, IT service management and IT business operations experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in container and/or general cargo terminals and shipping industry and/or Telco companies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server Operating Systems, Virtual Machines: High Availability, clustering, v-center troubleshooting, Virtualization experience working at enterprise level.
- Knowledge of File Share, NTFS Permissions, IIS, Active Directory (on-prem and cloud), User / Group administration in AD, Database administration and backup & recovery.
- Expert on Patch Management and Vulnerability Remediation (Process and Tools) – WSUS and System Center Configuration Management (SCCM).
- Extensive background and strong understanding of Network services, like, LAN/WAN networks, Perimeter Security, Wi-Fi Mesh solution, Smart Cabinets, RFID, LTE design and implementation. Experience with the use of Network System Diagnostic programs.
- Experience implementing and managing network monitor tools.
- Technical knowledge of Cisco ISE, WLAN Controller, Mesh networks and End point solutions.
- Previous experience with Cisco technologies, experience evaluating and delivering SD-WAN, VoIP, and NAC technologies, experience working with advanced routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
- Experience working on the following technologies 802.11, STP, VTP, IPSEC
