Oil and gas supply chain and procurement experience.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Supervising and managing day to day operations for purchasing team.
- Attend kick-off meetings, tracking meetings, management meetings and reporting.
- Monitor on order and demands, follow up and expedite for order’s status to support internal stakeholders request.
- Review purchasing activities and supplier’s performance to seek opportunity for improvement where applicable.
- Establish purchasing strategy, proposal, supply options and contingency plans to support company strategy and projects.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcome and objectives.
- Support the organization’s need for a diverse and globally competitive supply base.
- Develop subordinated and mentoring the performance of the individual subordinates and counsel them as appropriate.
- Manpower utilization – monitor performance/capability of individual subordinate, counsel and assign them to appropriate job / function.
- Ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
Experience
Oil and gas supply chain and procurement experience.
