Junior Recruiter

The Junior Recruiter will be challenged through applying talent sourcing and attracting candidates for interviewing and hiring A-Players employees.

A successful Junior Recruiter will absorb the training material from HIRE with your HEAD by Lou Adler and follow the recruitment department process. He/She should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter is to execute and follow the recruitment methodology of ONE-FM Hiring Process.
