In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes, while providing exceptional tourism services and packaged tours on behalf of our suppliers. Our ultimate aim is to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty for future services.
- Plan and arrange transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Provide travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications, such as guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events.
- Make transportation bookings, hotel reservations, and collect payments/fees.
- Utilize promotional techniques and develop promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Address any issues, handle complaints, and process refunds as necessary.
- Attend seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in tourism.
- Establish networks with tour operators.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales skills and a keen business acumen.
- Ability to effectively interact, communicate, and negotiate.
