We are currently looking to hire Membership Consultants for a reputed fitness chain in Kuwait.
- Lead Generation: Acquiring new members by actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new members.
- Provide exceptional after sales service.
- Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals.
- Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs and demonstrate how facilities and offerings can help them achieve their health and fitness goals. Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPIs by providing first-class customer experiences.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the fitness industry (sales).
- Sales experience within a commercial gym/facility is highly preferred.
- Experience in tele sales, lead generation, outreach is a must.
- Strong understanding and exposure to sales ratios - call-to-appointment, show ratio, closing ratio etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic advantageous.
- Presentable with a positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and on targets.
- Sales Skills, communication, negotiation, time management.
