ABOUT THE ROCKET MARKETING We are a 100% remote Facebook Marketing Partner and one of the few listed agencies ( https://bit.ly/3mNA1MO ) that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket: instagram.com/thezaraket) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018. We work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco. We are not your typical digital agency and everything is done remotely. We help clients scale significantly and grow with them and our goal is to produce 5-10 success stories this year (read about the latest Facebook published success story https://bit.ly/3mHZ0kk). Our goal is to disrupt the industry and help grow businesses across the MENA through the effective use of digital marketing (and have fun doing it!). This is why we launched “Sponsored Course” where we are helping over 1,000 businesses in the MENA grow and scale through online ads. We focus on Ecommerce, Lead Generation and the Education Industry (online courses, webinars etc). We have seen tremendous growth in the last 6 months and have had to reject many clients before we further build our internal tools and systems and get the right talented people onboard! ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a natural story-teller? Do you have exceptional communication skills that allow you to convey valuable messages to people across different channels? Can you quickly capture people's attentions and turn attention into intent and purchases? The copyrighter role is crucial in our agency’s growth as we are ready to share our story with the Arab world and provide tremendous value through our social media channels. Responsibilities include writing highly converting ads for us and our clients, managing our email marketing, and writing captions for our social media. You will create original content that will add value to our target audience and translate into engagement, growth and brand recognition and increased reputation. This role is fully remote and part-time leading into full time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically. PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THE FORM BY CLICKING ON "APPLY" RESPONSIBILITIES * Manages all content creation, revision, and retention across all social media platforms * Writing, editing and proofreading engaging content in Arabic * Help Develop a cross-platform content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets * Manage content across all platforms, including website, email and social media. * Work with designers on posts, articles and emails in a way that fits the company branding and culture * Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention * Audience, competitor and digital marketing research to discover any new trends and communication ways REQUIREMENTS * Extensive experience with content creation and design (for yourself and/or a client) * Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically * Work experience with a digital agency preferred * Project management tools user (Clickup preferred but not necessary) * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Ability to hit the ground running with no significant direction * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills * Strong organizational and planning skills and excellent time management skills BENEFITS: Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companies Direct access to Facebook since the agency is a Facebook Marketing Partner Working with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationship Opportunity to be part of a growing agency that is unique in the Arab world Flexibility/home-office
