IT Support Engineer

We are looking to hire a skilled IT support engineer to assist our clients with all IT related technical support issues. As an IT support engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships. You may also be required to install new software applications and train clients on proper application use.

• 3 years + experience in similar position
• Microsoft products including Active directory, Azure Cloud, Office365.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Implement TCP/IP and relate services like DHCP/DNS/WINS.
• Experience on the following: Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Unix & Windows Administration.

Requirements· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering

• Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies
• Professional certification
