General Manager - Resort

Eco friendly resort situated in the Atlas mountains area of Morocco. The resort has 20 chalets, 20 rooms in the hotel, Spa, Gym, Fishing , Stables, Restaurant, Swimming pool and Meeting room.

The team is currently around 60. Role reports to CEO

This is a management contract operated by a GCC client who has a portfolio of hotels.

Who We're Looking For

I'd like to meet a French speaking GM with previous isolated resort experience ( ski / alpine/ safari / adventure) I will also consider strong HM's who have operated a property at GM level.

Experience of positioning a property is desirable and you will have had previous success of driving occupancy through a focused approach to marketing the product.

Pre-opening experience is desirable due the project going through phases of development until 2025

Targeted market are couples, families, Honeymooners, Corporate events where length will be a minimum of 5 nights.
