About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco


This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.


The Role Of Guest Services Assistant Manager


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager Guest Services to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!


Reporting into our Front Office Manager you should have a commitment and passion for ensuring the best in guest services and creating a welcoming first impression and lasting farewell.


Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.


Our Ideal Guest Services Assistant Manager Candidate Will Have


This position requires great enthusiasm and commitment in addition to an acute ability to problem solve. A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera, a high level of integrity, and a concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.


Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
