Are you a strategist, who enjoys identifying business opportunities and co-build relevant 360 activations to achieve defined commercial & brand equity ambitions?
- Propose annual strategic plan aligning with Global market strategy and set the priorities according to the market trend, co-work with PR & Communication, Retail, CRM, Merchandising, VMD and boutiques
- Closely monitor sales trend and implement appropriate action plans through identifying market’s needs
- BU/LE sales forecast by product line and network in working with each Product Manager and Marketing Coordinator
- Define the strategies of each product line and supervise Product Managers to ensure sales forecast and stock allocation are well aligned with the strategy.
- Monitor sales trend fluctuation and suggest revised sales budget and forecast to Marketing, Communication & Client Director
- Closely work with merchandising team for ECOM collaborative sales forecast by analysing sales trend & network strategy
- Supervise PMs in managing initiated product lines
- Supervise PMs on stock proposal & allocation for dedicated events
- Supervise Marketing Coordinator for all the internal reports and reports sent to HQ
- Implement annual marketing plan including new product launches
- Supervise Product Managers on sales forecast & stock assortment of new launches and help them coordinating with all supporting functions (VMD, PR & Communication, CSD, WS, retail team).
- Provide qualitative report to Marketing, Communication & Client Director and HQ on novelty sales tracking including post-launch measurement
- Oversees market trends and competitors’ activities through regular market research together with Business Analyst and Product managers and provide qualitative feedbacks to HQ on market trend and product recommendations
- Monitor product quality and take initiative to alert HQ
- Monitor market pricing and provide feedback to HQ on product price setting
- Supervise and lead each product manager to initiate the relevant product dedicated trainings / seminars to sales force, CRC & other internal communities
- Lead and motivate the team to reach Maison’s image and expectations
- Give clear goal to direct reports to be able to focus on key priorities and reach objectives
- Define their working process to improve their quality of work by reviewing and supporting their job description
- Develops their talent and capabilities through understanding each one’s strength and to enhance their abilities
- You have a minimum of 8 years of working experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably in the luxury industry with extensive Client knowledge
- You are a strategic thinker and possess an analytical mindset
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to establish and foster strong relations across all levels of the organization
- You can walk the talk, inspire and engage with various audiences and stakeholders, being a true ambassador of the Maison
- You strive for excellence and have an eye for aesthetics
- You are curious, constantly look for inspiration, proposing new and unconventional ideas
- You are sensitive toward cultural differences
- You can travel frequently
- You speak English fluently
- After being shortlisted, you will meet with Richemont Talent Acquisition team member to get to know YOU
- You will then meet with Cartier’s Marketing, Communications & Client Director and Cartier’s HR Manager to assess your fit to this role and to give you a preview as well an overview of the team dynamics and company culture
- Finally, you will meet with Cartier’s Managing Director to find out more about how we operate and for you to ask questions about the business and the Maison
