Rackspace has been commissioned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to assure the build of a sovereign multi tenant private cloud that we have designed. Under contract Rackspace will fulfil 3 strategic functions, led by the Delivery Director, as part of a 3 year programme, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
1. Design and Build Assurance – Overseeing the plans, schedule and build of 20 vendors, individually deploying to install and configure their infrastructure, according to the schedule and standards laid down by Rackspace
2. CMP Development – Designing, Building and releasing MVPs into service which allow firstly administration functions to be created and utilised, leveraging automation, and subsequently building in further automation and service controls
3. Strategic Advisory – Against a designed TOM laid down by Rackspace, supporting the mobilisation of resources, executing a training strategy, and providing expertise to build out the cloud management office
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Process Lead Architect. You will play a critical role in the integration of our CMP (Cloud Management Platform) Tooling with the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for leading the integration efforts, defining steps, priorities, and strategies to ensure seamless development and deployment. You will collaborate with clients, engage with internal ITSM teams, and drive the progression of CMP integration, all while designing a comprehensive ServiceNow solution that encompasses the entire client landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dedication to CMP Integration: You will be the driving force behind supporting the integration efforts between our Cloud Management Platform Tooling and the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and efficient integration process.
- Lead Integration Efforts: As the lead architect, you will take charge of integrating ServiceNow with the CMP. Your leadership will guide the integration team in designing, developing, and implementing effective solutions.
- Strategic Approach Definition: You will define the steps, priorities, and strategic approaches required to build and develop the integration between ServiceNow and the CMP. Your strategic insight will be crucial in ensuring successful integration while aligning with broader business goals.
- Client Engagement and Agreement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Engage with clients to agree upon integration approaches and strategies, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collaboration with ITSM Teams: Work alongside client ITSM teams to drive progression and engagement with other systems. Your collaboration will enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the integration process.
- Process Integration Leadership: Lead the process integration efforts for CMP Tooling. Your leadership will ensure that processes are smoothly integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Comprehensive Solution Design: Design a compelling ServiceNow solution that not only addresses the integration needs but also takes into consideration the entire client landscape. Your design will contribute to a holistic and seamless user experience.
- Technical Expertise and Integration: Utilize your deep understanding of integration levels and technical solutions to drive the integration process forward. Your technical insights will be essential in overcoming challenges and ensuring the success of the integration.
- Release Strategy Definition: Outline the approach and strategy for incremental functional releases aligned with the overall development and a MVP release approach. Your strategic planning will ensure a well-coordinated and successful release process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in leading and architecting ServiceNow integrations, preferably in a CMP context.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in integration technologies and methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow and CMP Tooling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving successful integration projects.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications would be a plus.
