Salla, an Information Technology and Services company, is looking for a skilled Frontend Lead with expertise in React and microfrontend experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading frontend development efforts, overseeing a team of developers, and playing a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development efforts using React and microfrontend techniques
- Manage and collaborate with a team of frontend developers
- Ensure high-quality delivery of all frontend aspects of projects
- Architect, design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions for web applications
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and deliver products
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks, and recommend appropriate solutions to solve business problems
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React, Typescript
- Proven experience leading a team of frontend developers
- Experience with microfrontend architecture
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Git and other version control systems
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a Scrum teams
- Proven experience being part of big teams
