We are looking for a French and EN-speaking candidate to join our Inbound Customer Experience & Sales Specialist position!
You will be responsible for answering inbound sales chats, taking inbound calls, and nurturing your pipeline to make sure all leads are taken care of.
Your mission will be to help our users achieve their goals by creating creative, profitable, and personal business plans. To do that, you must have an excellent sense of entrepreneurship, curiosity, good work ethic, and adaptability.
For the first 2 months, this will be a fully paid, full-time internship. If everything goes well, the position will be permanent!
What You Will Do:
◾Facilitate online meetings and phone calls with professional users, e.g. developers, also business clients, and other customers who are interested in Hostinger services.
◾Schedule and lead live product demos with prospective customers.
◾Understand the customer’s needs and, accordingly, empower customers choose the most appropriate plan for their business needs and growth.
◾Guide the customer through the purchase process.
◾Increase lead-to-customer close ratio.
◾Gather, analyze, and communicate prosumer customer needs and feedback to the Pro team, contributing to Hostinger's goal of becoming the top choice in this segment.
◾Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates of Hostinger products and services, becoming a subject matter expert within the Pro user segment.
What We Expect:
◾ Proven ability to achieve results;
◾C1 or higher spoken English level;
◾C1 or higher spoken French level;
◾High IT curiosity and technical understanding.
◾Good public speaking skills and charisma;
◾Willingness to learn new skills;
◾Being a hustler: keen, ambitious, and hungry to get results;
◾A computer with the following parameters: processor - Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher.
◾Ability to boost the internet speed up to 50 Mbps.
◾Brownie points if you have experience in the sales field!

◾A fixed schedule: France working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
