We are currently looking for a CRM & Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for will be accountable for helping to develop and broadcast Locaria’s messaging and content via email marketing platforms. You will work with a variety of clients from different industries, including luxury, retail, travel, and technology, helping them to create engaging content that resonates with audiences around the world.

This role will require strong English copywriting skills, the ability to work with email marketing tools, partnering with the data team to identify and segment databases of global advertising decision makers and delivering campaigns to unlock new business opportunities. A secondary element of the position will be to project manage content development and provide support to publishing social media content in partnership with the global marketing manager and design team.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Locaria’s B2B CRM strategy in terms of schedule, frequency & targeting.
  • Project management of campaigns, including working with copywriters, setting sequencing and briefing design to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing manager and sales team to develop copy and campaigns that are relevant, engaging and targeted to end customers.
  • Support internal and external events with related CRM campaigns and content.
  • Assist with the social calendar schedule, to ensure content is posted regularly.
  • Provide reporting on campaigns, and take learnings to optimise future content.
  • Work with the sales team to define new target audiences, companies and job roles.
  • Work with tools such as Yesware, Leadforensics, Salesforce

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A proactive team member who can spot marketing opportunities, test and learn on the impact of projects and investments, and scale strategies across markets.
  • A candidate with a good base understanding and desire to learn more about marketing, e-commerce, creative production, cultural insights and linguistics.
  • A high level of written proficiency in english, and the ability to copyright relevant content
  • Beneficial: Someone who has worked within a marketing/media/creative agency before, in a B2B marketing or content capacity.
  • Beneficial: a fluency in a secondary language, or good understanding of international cultures
