The Creative Studio sits at the heart of the Careem marketing team - one collective of the region’s most exciting talent, capable of producing work for every brief and channel imaginable. 

This in-house agency serves the business across the most exciting product launches, brand initiatives, and key campaigns, with the ambition to create work that matches our awesome service, and stand apart with awesome campaigns that inspire. 

The Studio operates in a way to get the best from and for our talent, with the freedom to work on pro-active briefs across all of our services, and tailor made technical training for each person, to propel their creative growth. 

What you'll do

• The role requires a strong strategic thinker - someone equally as passionate about shaping the brief as answering the brief, always looking to find the key insight to unlock amazing work. 

• You’ll dream up incredible concepts to match the ambition of our service, pushing creative thinking, and championing disruptive work. 

• You will own the execution of the work, not compromising on the highest levels of craft as you bring ideas to life. 

• You’ll be comfortable managing stakeholders - commercial teams as well as production talent will look to you for leadership throughout the campaign process. 

• You’ll need to think practically - not requiring outrageous budgets to create cool assets. 

• You’ll be plugged into what’s happening where - trends by channel and industry - you’re ahead of the game. 

• This role will be serving KSA.

• This role is contract based (3 months), with the possibility of renewal.

What you'll need

• You’ll be a technically skilled creative, with 3+ years of experience producing great work either in a leading agency or client role. 

• You will have a good understanding and competence across Adobe, and be strong in briefing and managing others where production requires additional skills.

• You will own a craft and be hungry to grow. Static design and animation should be part of your toolkit, while film, editing & photography should all excite you.

• You will be able to take the key strategic & commercial goals for Careem Pay, design a content strategy to support them, and bring that strategy to life through the execution of creative across various channels.

• You’ll be a great communicator - able to articulate your ideas and thinking across different markets, inspiring those around you. 

• You are comfortable working in noise - able to run multiple projects with minimal oversight. You’ll thrive on ownership, and push yourself to be the best you can be. 

• A positive attitude is mandatory, Arabic speaking is a plus. 

Where you'll be

• This role will be fully remote (Lebanon), while serving KSA.

• You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
