- Chief of Staff to the CEO: Collaborate closely with the CEO to provide strategic insights, drive key initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the CEO's priorities are executed seamlessly.
- Sales Meeting Support: Participate in sales meetings, providing critical support in articulating the organization's value proposition, addressing client inquiries, and facilitating post-meeting follow-ups.
- Project Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Marketing Project Management: Oversee marketing projects, including campaign launches, content creation, and promotional activities, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, aligning operational initiatives with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, coordination, and successful project outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across operations and projects.
- Operational Expertise: At least 6 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successfully coordinating and executing complex initiatives.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, develop actionable plans, and drive projects that contribute to organizational growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working across diverse teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, influence stakeholders, and facilitate productive discussions.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, focusing on delivering results on time and within scope.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability: Agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions to drive organizational success.
- Previous experience in a chief of staff, executive support, or senior management role.
- Familiarity with sales processes and client relationship management.
- Background in marketing project management or related activities.
