As a Data Analyst at MonetizeMore, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our Data Platform team and the internal business stakeholders. You will be the link that ensures seamless communication, collaboration, and understanding between the internal business stakeholders and the Data Platform team, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively delivered to drive business growth and optimization.

What You'll Do

• Data Interpretation and Translation: Collaborate with the data platform team to understand the data infrastructure, architecture, and data sources available.Translate technical jargon and complex data concepts into clear and actionable insights that the business stakeholders can understand.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders, including product managers, others analysts, revenue, marketing, operation, finance teams, and executives, to understand their data needs and requirements. Work closely with the data platform team to ensure these requirements are met through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities relevant to the business stakeholders. Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that present key findings in a user-friendly and impactful manner.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives. Provide data-backed recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Data Quality and Governance: Collaborate with the Data Platform team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various data sources. Adhere to data governance practices to maintain high data quality standards.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal business stakeholders to enhance their data literacy and utilization of data-driven insights. Facilitate knowledge sharing between the Data Platform team and the internal business stakeholders to foster a better understanding of each other's needs.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in business requirement collection.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on data-driven insights and business collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align data insights with strategic business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
