A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Responsible for the inbound, outbound and all other warehouse issues to ensure resolution and managing any order or delivery exceptions (order after cut off, customer prioritization for delivery, month end rush orders ect)
- Responsible for the inbound, outbound and all other warehouse issues to ensure resolution and managin
- Monitor 3PL warehouse performance in terms of accurate picking, Freshness, inventory accuracy, loading, POD
- Ensure good warehouse practices are in place and followed by 3PL and distributors.
- Monitor and assess the service level of service providers, i.e. transportation and 3PL.
- Ensure destruction of bad goods write-off as per Nestlé's guidelines.
- Manage the daily operational relationship with 3PL based on agreed SLA's
- Lead safety across warehouse operations.
- Approve all the invoices related to warehouse and distribution activities.
- Manage operational spend (COD - FDE, VDE, DA) according to assigned responsibility through effective cost management and support/lead on LER initiatives in the country through T-Hub/ COC/ CFSC.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset through applying NCE best practices.
- Ensure 3PL operations are compliant with Nestlé's SOPs
- Preferable 2 to 3 years of relevant and successful operational experience in a leading role
- Strong leadership skill and people management experience
- Good experience in warehousing management
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Understanding of key finance to drive SC cost
