Accountant

NAOS Solutions is seeking a talented Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and accounts for all cash, checks, and bank transfers on a daily basis, makes cash payments and disburses checks to vendors, following up on uncollected checks as needed, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
• Receives, consolidates, and issues monthly invoicing to the clients.
• Responds to questions and inquiries effectively with staff, diverse customers & vendors.
• Provides financial information for an operation to ensure collection of the dues.
• Responds to external auditors’ requests as relates to audit/tax needs.
• Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and ensure completion of critical duties.
• Maintaining confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Finance & Accounting Manager.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Excellent English speaker
• At least three years of accounting experience.
• Work as part of a team, as well as independently to ensure departmental goals are met.
• Dependability, accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing rules and requirements.
• Maintaining confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive information.
