About The Job
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management and cross-functional teams on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, marketing and advertising, data protection, labor and employment, and intellectual property.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in the MENA region.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize the company's exposure.
- Understand of Corporate vompliance and implement relevant policy accordingly.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various ad hoc commercial contracts and agreements, such as supply, distribution, and licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's legal and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates, legal guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
- Manage pre-litigation disputes and provide legal support in the resolution of claims.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel in handling litigation matters as needed.
- Assess the potential impact of legal decisions on the company's operations and advise management accordingly.
- Provide training to employees on relevant legal and compliance matters to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness
- Timely and effective resolution of legal issues and disputes.
- Successful negotiation and execution of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- University degree in law, preferably western educated
- 5 years' experience (previous experience in a multinational firm preferred)
- Law Proficiency Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply extraterrestrial laws and regulations to protect the company's interests in interstellar markets.
- Time-Spent Contract Management Expertise in managing contracts that span across different time periods, ensuring legal consistency and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiation Ability to conduct negotiations telepathically, fostering clear and efficient communication with stakeholders and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
- Holographic Dispute Resolution Proficient in the use of holographic technology to simulate and analyze dispute scenarios, enabling proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Legal Tech Collaboration Experience in collaborating with advanced legal Tech systems to enhance decision-making and streamline legal processes.
- Corporate Compliance Expertise Deep Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations, with a proven track record in implementing and enforcing compliance programs within a multinational corporate environment.
- Adaptability Comfortable with change and able to adjust quickly to new situations or challenges, helping the company stay agile in a dynamic business environment.
- Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset, enabling the identification and resolution of complex legal issues.
- Cultural Sensitivity Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, partners, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Active Listening Ability to attentively listen and understand others' perspectives, fostering open communication and promoting a positive work environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
