ASM TAB EPA Analyst

ASM-TAB-EPA domain
o Performs the services concerning analysis, design and quality assurance of ASM-TAB-EPA
applications (e.g.EPADES2, FILEBEANS, TOP, TORIS)
o Provide support for users and others (e.g. projects, developers, other DG ITEC units)
o Monitoring and leading team

The following deliverables are expected under this specific contract:
 ‘Technical activity report’ (see ‘Service Level Agreement’, chapter 4.2): Material for the ‘Contract technical committee’ is considered to cover this.
In addition:
 Standard non-contractual deliverables: ‘Daily record’ (currently in Jira)
 Normal contractual deliverables: monthly Timesheet, monthly Contract execution report

The following activities shall be executed:
 ASM-TAB-EPA domain
o Gather key stakeholders ( business, functional and technology-related ) needs and requirements
o Work with IT professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements
o Evolutions (backlog analysis, prioritisation and planning releases)
o Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
o Documentation, functional specifications, test plans, deployment instructions etc.

o Preparation and participation for the related “Change Advisory Board” meetings (periodicity depending on the domain)
o Other deliverables: deliverables related to meetings and trainings (agendas, presentations,minutes, training reports...), wiki updates, service plans, other reports...

 General knowledge:
o The role of the EP in legislative process
o Service Management and Service Provision with ICT area
o Application development, maintenance and support

 ASM-TAB-EPA domain
o The role of the IT business analysis.
o Strong problem-solving and management/team leading skills
o Excellent communication and analytical and collaborative skills
o The analyst must be at least B2 level of English
