Assistant Relationship Manager - Business Banking

Job Description

• Spreading of financial statements on Moodys along with full preparation of proposals for RM’s further review and comments.
• Direct contact with customers for processing of transactions, collection of documents, and settlement of payments.
• Regular review of accounts utilization to enhance utilization and ensure maximum account profitability.
• Liaison with IBCOP for completion of documentations, posting of FRS and feeding the limits.
• Coordinate with TF&CPOP for utilization of facilities.
• Daily execution of transactions, monitoring of accounts and contacting customers for payments and settlements.
• Suggestions of ways to improve the workflow of relationship management.
• Adherence to applicable policies and procedures to safeguards the Bank’s interests.
• Report of any discrepancies to management.
• Identify personal strengths and areas necessary for development in order to enhance personal value.
