Summary
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand current processes, needs and business requirements
- Create process maps
- Document As-Is processes
- Support the team to design their processes from high level down to work instructions
- Support the efficient documentation of work procedures and business prerequisites
- Support in the development of key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Propose measures to control efficiency of business processes
- Collect appropriate data to monitor process efficiency
- Measure process performance
- Assist in the implementation of end-to-end business processes as well as training
- Record and maintain processes in MAVIM, our online business process repository
- Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities
- Make use of data to uncover inefficiencies
- Propose and lead improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Assess potential improvement initiatives requested by Water teams
- Monitor improvement initiatives
- Support the team with change requests
- Work closely with process owners so they can manage business change to adopt new business processes successfully
- Communicate change to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate between Water teams & IT/digital teams to assess the need for software solutions
- Assist in training and software adoption when necessary
- Promote a process culture amongst the team through the Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Capture business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders
- Design processes at various level of details
- Become a key user of the Business Process Management System (BPMS)
- Lead awareness/training sessions on process excellence / change and automation
- Manage change requests related to business processes
- Assist with change management
- Familiar with Business Process Management
- A qualification in Business Analysis or business processes would be highly desirable
- Experience in process design, mapping processes and documenting requirements
- Familiar with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) standard
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Attention to details
- Adaptability and ability to deal with uncertainties
- Analytical thinking combined with logical reasoning
- Interpersonal, social and communications skills in a multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills (professional proficiency on English mandatory and Arabic as a bonus)
- Bachelor or higher degree in Management or Business Administration, Data Science, Math, Economics, or a related field
- Highly desirable certifications/accreditations:
- Lean Six Sigma
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- BIZAGI certification
- Robotic Process Automation – UiPath certification
- Microsoft PowerApps
- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
- Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
