Position: Mobility Project Engine
- Support accelerating Sector’s key milestones and deliverables.
- Support maintaining Finance and Procurement databases for the Sector and ensure proper documentation at all levels.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Create informative reports that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor budget planning and forecasting.
- Monitor sector’s invoices and payments, working closely with Neom central accounting team.
- Track activities and deliverables for all projects, resolve any roadblocks, and contribute to team effort to accomplish related results as needed.
- Detect and highlight risks, understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes in the projects’ plans.
- Coordinate between Land Mobility Sector and internal departments (Finance, Procurement, and IT team).
- 3 years of work experience with exposure to data analytics and financial concepts.
- Outstanding analytical skills to understand and apply research and statistics in report writing and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High-level communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with a diverse set of professional disciplines, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
- Great attention to detail.
- Graduate / postgraduate degree in STEM, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is required.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba systems.
- Familiarity with Power BI Apps/ Dashboards and other BI tools is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
