Your key job responsibilities as the Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare (French Speaking) in Djelfa, Algeria will include:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the facility, aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives. Your visionary leadership will drive the growth and success of the hospital projects

Requirements

Requirements for this Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare (French Speaking) job in Djelfa, Algeria:

• Fluency in French and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration/health management or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent business degree is desired
• Minimum 10 years of progressive administrative experience in a senior management position within the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a large hospital or healthcare institution
• Extensive executive leadership experience in a large hospital or healthcare institution, demonstrating a deep understanding of current management practices and international accreditation standards
