HR & Admin Assistant
- Clerical support for visa application.
- Prepare and process visa (new/renewal), trade license (new/renewal) and manage company documents
- Prepare memo, invoices or other reports.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail/telephone/fax
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars
- Prepare reports, payment and presentation for internal communications
- Collaborates with the recruiter to post ads on career pages and process incoming resumes
- Coordinates HR projects Meetings and training
- Process employees request and provide relevant information
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Maintain records (soft and hard copies)
- Managing medical insurance applications, cancellations and renewal.
- Gathering employees data and maintaining the database; review and combine this information into established reports
- Assisting with specific projects related to HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment.
- Assisting with filing, scanning, copying and binding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or similar field
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR files in Saudi Arabic. Candidates should understand practical knowledge of employee law and employee best practice in Saudi Arabic
- Local candidates in Saudi Arabic are highly recommended
- Ability to make the needed connections between systems, processes, and individuals to facilitate change
- Demonstrated a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- HR: 3 years (Preferred)
