About The Role
- Developing, analyzing and presenting financial results to the business and management
- Analysis and review of actuals versus budget versus prior year
- Analysis factory and supply chain costs and provide financial information on multi-dimensional components of the drivers
- Analysis production costs (KPI’s), supporting contract negotiations (e.g. energy), acting a gatekeeper of internal controls, inventory counts
- Precalculation and postcalculation on costs
- Providing SG&A insights and Cost Control
- Supporting budget holders on preparing operating budgets, forecasts, MTP and capex plans
- Support organizational projects
- Preparation of cost center reports
- Identifying or supporting cost savings and productivity initiatives to drive cost leadership
- Creating investment proposals, manage CAPEX approvals, monitor, track and ensure CAPEX is within a spend
- Contributing to cost leadership as a strategic pillar in the organization
- Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- Min. 5 years of experience in Finance
- Extensive experience in finance: accounting and controlling is a must
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
- English business proficiency, written and oral
- French and/or Arabic business proficiency, written and oral
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting
- IFRS and local GAAP knowledge
- Sage knowledge
- Strong analytical skills, strong drive to deliver
- Good leadership and change management skills
