Senior Officer - CBK Reporting

Job Purpose: Responsible for preparation of timely and accurate CBK reports along with data entry for CBK’s assigned online reports.

Accountabilities

Data Entry:

>Ensure data entry on daily basis on Central Bank of Kuwait terminals in line with the specified procedures and guidelines.

Reporting Process

>Handle all queries related to assigned CBK online reports and provide appropriate closures within required timelines.

>Liaise with required groups / business on CBK queries (if required) so as to provide complete resolution for the query.

Reports

>Prepare and provide Central Risk Reports for all borrowing relationships as assigned and as per CBK guidelines.

> Prepare and submit customers and guarantors’ identification sheet for customers their debts exceed KD 15K to obtain secret number.

> Prepare and review customer’s inquiry (AM5) for customers applying for credit facilities for first time.

> Make regular inquiry for customers have secret number through CBK Online.

>Have enough knowledge of operating of CBK Online systems (ex. returned cheques, AM2, inquiries).

>Link and ensure the secret numbers for customers received from CBK correctly reflected on guarantors system and also gulf bank system through CPU.

>Handle and issue DDSP reports to CBK.

> Ensure the accuracy of collateral reflected on AM2 CBK online system.

>Scan all reports and letters sent to CBK.

• Team supervision:

> Provide day-to-day supervision and oversight of the team’s work.

• Education / Qualifications: Bachelors in commerce / accounting / business
• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of local and bank’s debt policies and procedures
• Experience: 4 years in banking /related fields with 2 years in a supervisory position within CBK Reporting.
