Senior Manager, Community Operations

1. Manage the FM contracts and the service providers for public realm of ROSHN community; such as Street cleaning, waste collection, pest & animal control, Security, Landscaping..etc)
2. Ensure the quality of services is controlled and met as per the contracts and standards.
3. Coordinate with project execution team and the main contractor during the transition period to collect all the required documents required for DLP management.
4. Arrange all the required handover documents from the project teams to the FM service providers.
5. Full coordination with the Handover department to receive, arrange and manage the best-quality services for ROSHN villas during the void period before handing over to the buyers.
6. Fully Responsible for the mobilization of the new FM service providers to the ready areas after ensuring that the areas are ready to deploy the services.
7. Coordination with other stakeholders in ROSHN to facilitate the handing over of the villas.
8. Handling the fault correction process on site during the DLP, post DLP and during the steady state.
9. Provide technical support for other stakeholders in the department.
