At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Officer within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. in Abu Dhabi (UAE) . You will be responsible for managing and optimization of company hardware and software. Users troubleshooting and support.
As a member of the ICT department at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. you will be responsible for :
- Ensure the highest availability of IT services and tools.
- Monitoring Infrastructure and the networking status.
- Assist in ICT policy implementation and adoption.
- Aid in critical cybersecurity topics.
- Help desk primary support. General troubleshooting of user’s problems.
- Installation of standard and company software and common devices.
- Provide support on telecommunication aspect.
- Cooperate with other IT teams in the region offices and in the Head Quarter in Milan.
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT
- Fluent in English
- At least 1 years of experience in ICT areas
