Job Main Purpose
- The role is primarily to manage people and process, ensuring the work is done in a SMART and AUTOMATED way using the SAP technical toolkit.
- The role demands sharp monitoring skills and excellent communication with good team handling and inter-personal skills along with stakeholder management in ensuring the effective delivery of all Master Data services provided at Enterprise Support. Sound knowledge on SAP architecture of SAP is essential.
- Working with Leadership Team to understand their business problems and delivering excellent service delivery solutions to address these
- Run MDM operations of North Africa, Levant & Iraq
- Drive data quality and assessment
- Work closely other Operations team in UniOps to delivery efficiency and simplify processes.
- Use data science with strong analytic skills to provide business values and unlock potential solutions
- Ensure Process improvement and governance well maintained, with regular assessment on gap analysis to assure filling the gap.
- Drive MDM KPIs, reports and data analytics to be enabler for proactively create solutions, and continuous improvement.
- Agile thinking and driving MDM to be as enabler for business to grow
- Will have people reporting and involves managing and monitoring on all Master Data maintained
- Core understanding required on Unilever Policies and Business relating to Master Data.
- End to end accountable for all request processing
- Accountable for Turnaround time as per the agreed service level agreements
- Ensuring accuracy of processing is always 100% for team’s assigned requests
- Accountable for all knowledge transfers and people grooming and ensuring business compliance of the process.
- Accountable for data that is fit for purpose
- Technical Exposure in terms of resolving SAP MDM / and SAP related queries
- Bachelor’s degree holder in IT / Computer science or any major related
- 5 years’ experience in MDM or any relevant close function.
- Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing Unit/KPO/IT Industry (preferred)
- Strong Leadership, communication skills and agile mindset
- Process oriented with change management capabilities
- Understanding of Master Data Maintenance
- Analytical skills with advanced Excel and PPT skills
- Previous experience related to team management
- Understanding of business drivers, processes and metrics for the finance, supply chain or market function
- Self-starter with High accountability & Ownership
- Fluent English is a must.
