Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, notre filiale marocaine cherche un(e) résidant(e) qualité (H/F) à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDD de 6 mois renouvelable.

Mission

The Junior Business Planner serves as a liaison between officially appointed importers and other regional key accounts across the sub-Saharan Africa countries, and Stellantis Regional Corporate Headquarters.

Responsibilities

The holder of this position ensures the link between importers, subsidiaries and all the actors representing the Brand(s) in the countries, the various departments of the Brand(s) and external service providers. The candidate will be responsible for all areas of new vehicle sales & marketing activities, including:

Collect and analyze production requests and orders transmitted by the importer, enter these data in the commercial systems of programming and follow-up.

  • New Vehicle Volume Review (Horizon S&Op): Participate in market forecasts, contribute to order, invoice, and sales forecasts by family (in internal IT programs) in order to define the volume of vehicles to be ordered.
  • Be permanently in direct contact with stakeholders (Importer…) - Manage programs, shipments, and stocks in relation with the relevant departments of the Brand and the group.
  • Track invoices and payments
  • Process special orders (fleets, derogations) in liaison with the departments concerned
  • Define with logistics provider the different needs: shipping, customs clearance, programming, transport.
  • Make decisions on other activities (Shipments of CKD batches…).
  • If necessary, in collaboration with the Finance Entity, ensure the implementation of the means of payment then, give the authorization of shipment, and apply sales support on invoices if needed following commercial policy contract.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the information held (country price list, transport price, etc.)

Profil

  • Master’s degree Supply chain management, Sales, Automotive or a related field of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent and adept in all communication platforms (Teams, Google Meet, etc)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Specially Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
  • A minimum of 2 years of job experience in automotive field
  • Excels in building positive working relationships
  • Fluency in French, English is a must (Read, Written & Spoken)
