About The Job
The role of the Client Service Advisor is to guarantee the quality of the answer to all the Retail and Web clients regarding all product categories, services offered and procedures. In addition, the advisor aims to make sure that the KPIs are followed and achieved. The advisor will work to promote the image, brand and products of Louis Vuitton. In addition to this they will support the Client Service Manager to ensure the efficient running of the Client Service Centre through the completion of daily tasks and projects.
The advisor represents the Client Service within Louis Vuitton. The advisor builds and maintains close relationships with the Client Team in-store within all the connected countries. The advisor provides the Client Service Manager with regular feedback on systems, operations and client interactions.

- Advise Louis Vuitton Clients on all product categories over the phone
- Answer customer’s e-mails
- Supports the Client Service Manager in completing the projects and initiatives of the CSC
- Shows an exemplary attitude regarding the procedures, Louis Vuitton Signature, etc.
- In the absence of the Manager will generate CS statistics and performance metrics reports daily/weekly/monthly
- Ensures the qualitative objectives are being met according to the telephone etiquette guidelines
- Ensures the quantitative objectives KPIs (number of handled calls, service level, immediate response, mystery calling, efficiency, dream log, log-in times, My Client Request lead time etc.) are being met according to the objectives
- Assists in dealing with client complaints, exchanges and enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently within the boundaries of our policies
- Complete regular store assignments and trainings
- Interact with Store Management and Head Office to ensure Client satisfaction
- Prepare and participate in briefings with the help of the field coach trainer
- Fluent in English, Arabic and another language ideally Russian
- Excellent communication skills
- Client minded
- Good skills in MS Office
- Quick to learn how to use different IT tools
- Trustworthy and stress resistant

- Attention to detail and high standards
- Team player and able to build good professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment
