Role Purpose


The Dispute Resolution Officer is an integral member of Sindalah's Property Management Team, dedicated to resolving disputes efficiently while upholding Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards. This role contributes to maintaining positive stakeholder relations, aligning with Sindalah's ambition and the broader visions of NEOM.


Key Accountabilities & Activities


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and resolve disputes involving stakeholders in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner.
  • Document dispute cases, resolutions, and follow-up actions, ensuring a clear record for reference and learning.
  • Collaborate with the Complaints Manager to develop, implement, and refine dispute resolution procedures and guidelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their concerns, ensuring that dispute resolution processes meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of dispute resolution processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in dispute resolution processes.

  • Effective resolution of disputes that uphold Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards and maintain positive stakeholder relations.
  • Successful development and implementation of dispute resolution procedures and guidelines, contributing to Sindalah's operational excellence.
  • Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding dispute resolution initiatives.


Background, Skills & Qualifications


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Proven experience in managing dispute resolution processes within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance dispute resolution processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Conflict Resolution, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in dispute resolution or a related field are preferred.
