Neom Supply Chain & Logistics (SC&L) Division’s role is to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the world’s first fully integrated physical and digital supply chain from green field to operational execution, serving NEOM and the region with intelligent, sustainable, and autonomous solutions.

Role Purpose

The role of the Operations Supervisor, Fulfillment Center is to oversee the efficient and accurate movement of goods between and within highly automated logistics facilities that enable SC&L to fulfill its’ mandate of offering a pioneering and fully sustainable fulfillment and delivery network. The FC Operations Supervisor will be responsible for all departmental functions within the facility including maintaining benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain. Also included is the hiring and development of support associates. This leader will be hands-on in a start-up operation and will build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, other FC teams and various departments across the NEOM organization. This person will be someone who embraces change and enjoys getting into the details to drive improvements every single day. To achieve this, you will, but not limited to:

• Engage with NEOM SC&L stakeholders to identify their conditions for design requirements
• Advanced and dynamic labour force planning to meet hourly, daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Overall direction and performance evaluation of employees
• Resource; interviewing, training, motivating, assigning, rewarding, discipline, conflict resolution
• Partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership
• Inventory control accuracy tracking, evaluation and problem solving
• Order accuracy, evaluation, problem solving to meet to the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Responsible for achieving established operations goals and assist in driving improvement
• Problem solves and determines root cause in a timely manner with accuracy and quality

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Relevant years of experience in leading a fulfillment centre operation within a fast passed environment
• Knowledge of the latest technologies in supply chain management, warehousing and distribution
• Preferred experience with integration of advanced logistics automation
• Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and change
• Highly flexible to changing business requirements
• Proven ability to apply sound business judgement to establish and accomplish goals
• Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship building skills / team player
• Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information
• Efficient planning & organizing skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Logistics Management or comparable discipline/experience
