About The Job

Roles & Responsabilities

Reporting to the R&I Department, as a PMO Manager, you will

Demonstrate Project Management Excellence at every step

  • Advocate project management excellence by utilizing & maximizing its key principles
  • Successfully lead & close projects within your domain
  • Advocate best practices & key learnings in the organization
  • Lead innovation, renovation and efficiency projects and close post-mortem, driving continuous improvement. Utilize best practices & key learnings to influence cross-functional stakeholders in decision making

Portray thought Leadership on Project Management Methods & Tools

  • Optimize use of project management methods & tools
  • Seek external insights in new & innovative project management methods & tools and brings this into the organization

Strive for continuous profitable growth

  • Realize value through innovation, renovation and efficiency
  • Oversee that projects are aligned with other projects in the organization and are aligned with the business strategy

Influence stakeholders & drive decision making

  • Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Complete an assessment of stakeholders to understand motivators, drivers and goals
  • Steering business decisions with others
  • Ensure any decision contributes to the KPIs of the project and is able to influence stakeholders on this

Manage cross-functional Planning & Execution

  • Leading a cross-functional team through project execution
  • Use different techniques to solve project problems or facilitates the team to finding a solution
  • Maintain an up to date and aligned planning
  • Pro-actively manage and/ or mitigate project risks and communicates this regularly to stakeholders
  • Continuously seek project improvement
  • Continuously revisit planning and identify possibilities for reducing time, i.e. crash the schedule, fast track

Unlock optimized value of Business Opportunities in line with strategy

  • Maximize business opportunities
  • Challenge improvements on the Business Case towards the project team

About you

Profile

  • You have 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management
  • You are agile with IT tools for project management and database, such as MS Project/PowerBi/Excel...
  • You have a good understanding of FMCG problematics
  • You have robust soft skills in transversal leadership and emotional intelligence
