Role Purpose
To oversee and coordinate the hiring process for ERI EC12 Education. This is to include, but not limited to, identification of staffing gaps; recruitment; onboarding; and act as the main point of contact, withing ERI EC12, for any new joiners during their first few days in NEOM.
This role will be key in supporting the planning of the recruitment strategy for future growth, In addition, the candidate should be skilled in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve these growth plans.
The candidate must be familiar and able to advise internal stakeholders on relevant NEOM policy and the status of a candidate in the recruitment cycle.
The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include scheduling interviews; liaising with NEOM’s recruitment partners; organizing all elements of the sector regarding new hires’ onboarding experience; and supporting the smooth arrival of employees to the NEOM Communities.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to help new employees adjust to their work environment while making sure ERI EC12’s hiring procedures comply with NEOM policy.

- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes
- Experience in assisting the creation of recruitment strategy and processes
- Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
- Work force planning
- Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
- Review and advise industry remuneration benchmarks
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Celebration of Diversity and Inclusion
- Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires
- Review and advise industry remuneration benchmarks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Manager or in relevant role
- Good knowledge of relevant labor law legislation
- Familiarity with employment paperwork
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of large scale recruitment (companies looking to hire more than 1000 employees)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidentiality and work ethics
- Preferably, a degree holder. Otherwise, demonstrable experience, as below:
- 5+ years of recruitment and onboarding experience
- Previous experience of recruiting within the education industry (corporate, private, international)
