Job Title: Manager, Marketing Business Analyst

Job Summary:

NEOM Food is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Senior Manager, Marketing Business Analyst to join our marketing communications team. You should have the a bility to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.

You will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies. Your expertise in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth, improving customer acquisition and retention, and maximizing return on marketing investments. You are highly skilled in presenting data and findings in a compelling way to senior executives.

Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market dynamics and customer segments to support the development of targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.

Customer Segmentation and Profiling: Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to identify key customer segments and develop customer profiles. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing initiatives that resonate with specific customer groups.

Marketing Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking relevant KPIs and conducting post-campaign analysis. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Marketing Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports, providing regular updates on key marketing metrics to stakeholders. Monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.

Shared Metrics and Goals: Work together with the sales and product-development teams to define shared metrics and goals. Align on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of marketing initiatives, sales targets, and product adoption. Regularly review and analyze these metrics collectively to assess overall performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Revenue and Sales Targets: Set shared revenue and sales targets that align with the marketing strategies, product launches, and overall business goals. This could include specific revenue figures, sales quotas, or growth percentages. By collectively tracking and working towards these targets, the teams can ensure alignment and collaboration in driving revenue growth.

Market Share and Competitive Positioning: Determine metrics that assess market share and competitive positioning. This could involve tracking market share percentages, customer awareness and perception of the brand or product, or conducting competitive analysis to assess the organization's position in the market. to strengthen market presence.

Customer Feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS): Establish metrics related to customer feedback and NPS to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty. This can include tracking customer feedback through surveys, reviews, or support interactions, as well as monitoring the NPS score. By sharing customer feedback and NPS results, the teams can identify areas for improvement and collectively work towards enhancing the customer experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or other relevant field of study.
  • Ten years’ experience in data crunching from top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or in a strategy/business role for a fast-growing global tech company.
  • Experience in one or more data analytics packages or databases, e.g. SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to move fast and be efficient, making decisions based on objective data/evidence.
  • Innate desire to take ownership, make an impact and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Able to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and concepts, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
