Role Purpose

The PMO Analyst is instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Transition Management Team at Sindalah. This role is vital for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards and the broader visions of NEOM.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Transition Management Team to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that project management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Transition Management and other relevant personnel to align project management activities with Sindalah’s operational goals and NEOM's vision.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project management processes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards during the project management phase.

  • Effective support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, contributing to Sindalah’s operational readiness.
  • Positive stakeholder engagement and feedback regarding project management standards and initiatives.
  • Successful integration of technology and best practices in project management processes.
  • Compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards during the project management phase.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in supporting project management activities within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance project management processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in project management or related fields are preferred.
