What You’ll Be Doing

• Procurement & Coordination of supply chains involved airfright, container- and project road cargo shipments.
• Close cooperation and support of Mammoet worldwide satellite offices and other regions.
• Coordinating customs imports and exports of goods in cooperation with internal assets and equipment departments and Mammoet' s regional customs agency network.
• Transport with in the GCC to and from customers and project sites.
• Meeting relevant departmental standards and procedures.
• Balancing workload for the best results.
• Producing reports in line with departmental activities.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Expert level experience in management systems. Professional level experience in MS Office suite.
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in any decipline.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in customer / operations focused role (logictis industry will be prefered).
• Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining.
• As a vital part of our team, candidates for this role must possess exceptional negotiation skills.
