Investments Manager

We are keen to hire an Investment Manager for our Investment Office.

The Manager - Investment will support the Executive Director and Senior Manager in leading the mandated streams of investment/partnerships into NEOM, including, but not limited to, develop a customized business case, work with external financial advisors, and prepare the relevant presentations and investment memos.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of NEOM’s Investment strategy.
• Support and contribute to commercial and technical due diligence workstreams of identified opportunities and produce qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Manage relationships with external advisors including, but not limited to, financial and technical.
• Assist partnerships to deliver results and build strong long-term partner relationships.
• Develop a deal wise dashboard highlighting key aspects of deal by leveraging qualitative and feasibility aspects of the transactions.
• Help instill a culture of accountability, humility, transparency, and performance within NEOM Investment Office.
• Promote excellent working environment embracing NEOM’s values.
  
  

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Strong analytical experience and presentation skills with unique attention to details.
• Skilled communicator who can operate as a team player and influence change.
• Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while coordinating multiple tasks / priorities.
• Ability to undertake strategic thinking and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 3 to 6+ years’ experience working in investment, business development and strategic alliances.
• Strong experience in financial advisory and deal structuring.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical experience coupled with knowledge of operating principles.
• Experience in working in matrix organizations and understanding in leading or being part of functional projects across a global cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or equivalent knowledge/ experience; preferable CFA Charterholder/candidate.
