We are seeking an outstanding Chief Accountant to join Halan Consumer Finance!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and providing regular reports to senior management
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls
- Build strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to the junior Accounting staff
