We are seeking a Receptionist for an exciting role at IIQAF, a leading enterprise software provider. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing superior customer service, managing and coordinating customer visits, and serving as the primary point of contact for the company.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling all incoming and outgoing calls, and be able to quickly learn and utilize software and database systems to accurately track and resolve customer issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors when they arrive and answer phones.
  • Provide first-class customer service, handle customer inquiries, and redirect calls accordingly.
  • Coordinate customer visits and prepare visitor amenities such as refreshments and parking passes.
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Track and document customer inquiries and ensure that customer data is kept up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure lobbies and reception areas remain neat and organized.
  • Maintain a secure environment by properly logging visitors in and out of the building.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as scanning and filing documents.
  • Act as the back-up system administrator for all software, systems, and database.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Outlook, and CRM.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
