At Eni, we are looking for an Operations Liaison Coordinator within Groupement Eni/Sonatrach in Onshore Rebaa North. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistical organization of expatriates at the site level (departures, transport, and accommodation).

At Eni, we are looking for an Operations Liaison Coordinator within Groupement Eni/Sonatrach in Onshore Rebaa North. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistical organization of expatriates at the site level (departures, transport, and accommodation).
As a member of the security team at Groupement Eni/Sonatrach you will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing the logistical organization of expatriates at the site level (departures, transport, and accommodation).
- Control the proper application by expatriates, the procedures and security rules dictated by the Algerian regulations and that of the company.
- Ensuring the smooth running of expatriate missions.
- Knows, tests, and implements all emergency plans and procedures on site in collaboration with the SIE (sécurité Interne d'établissement - Internal establishment security) Assistant Sonatrach to take appropriate action with the military detachment.
- The liaison and coordination staff will not exercise any authority over the security system, which is responsible for guarding at the site level. However, they may inform and refer to the EIS Assistant any failure and remark found in this regard.
- Provides security induction through new arrival on site (expatriates) in terms of security rules and procedures.
- Establish a daily state of presence of expatriates POB and send daily hierarchies and internal security.
- Ensures that any expatriate on site is in a regular situation (work permit, visa expiration... etc.);
- Participate in the development of emergency evacuation plans for expatriates in collaboration with the SIE Assistant, participate effectively in this evacuation in case of emergency.
- Daily reporting of activity and incidents to the Group manager.
- The Manager Liaison and the SIE Assistant examine together any finding of non-compliance raised by Sonatrach's internal security charges and by the liaison and coordination staff, with a view to implementing appropriate solutions to remedy them.
- The SIE Assistant is the only interlocutor between the security service and the group, in matters of security (escort request, meetings, etc.). etc.) Any information, directive or note from the authorities concerning the security of expatriates shall be forwarded to the liaison staff of the coordination.
- On the site. These personnel may attend with the SIE Assistant to coordination meetings with the military officer, in charge of the protection of the site, after his prior agreement.
- French Speaking is Essential.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry (desirable);
- Previous Law Enforcement and/or related government protective security experience is highly appreciated.
- experience in security management.
- Experience in project and budgetary management.
- Experience from working with security in complex organizations.
- Experience from working with technical security systems (CCTV, intrusion alarms, access management systems etc.).
- Relevant academic background from the security domain or other similar area.
- Full professional proficiency English (spoken and written) with other languages as plus):
- Must possess negotiation skills and have demonstrated knowledge of diplomacy when dealing with multi-cultural issues for all stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Writing and presentations skills
- Travel may be required.
