About The Role

The role is responsible for driving business results in Food and Beverage, delivering high quality profitable and innovative food & beverage concepts and solutions. Ensuring guest services of the highest order with good control on internal systems and focus on people development. The candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse F&B team spread over 3 properties in the Resort.

As an EAM- Food and Beverage we rely on you to

  • Developing a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the Hotel’s business strategy and leads its execution.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation, and driving necessary change.
  • Staying aware of market trends and introduces new food and beverage products to meet or exceed customer expectations, generate increased revenue, and ensure a competitive position in the market.
  • Empowering employees to provide excellent guest service.
  • Coaching and supports food & beverage leadership team to effectively manage labour cost, food & beverage cost, and controllable expenses.
  • Hiring food & beverage leadership team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation.
  • Managing a diverse team of 150 Plus colleagues at different levels.
  • Committed to localization and skill development.
  • Develops vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance services when appropriate makes recommendations
  • Ensuring all safety measures are in place including the Fire Safety.

We Are Looking For Some One Who Is

  • Working in a similar role or a Director Food and Beverage managing large operations.
  • Strong Food and Beverage experience with Luxury Brands
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
