Job description:

Job Summary

Responsible for registering, processing, and investigating received insurance claims and determining the coverage.

Job Responsibilities
  • Registering & acknowledging of received claims via calls, emails and walk in once assigned.
  • Investigating the raised claim through contacting the identified stakeholders accordingly.
  • Validation of the accuracy of the provided documents.
  • Developing effective justification memos to support the processing of the claims.
  • Managing the full claim process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all claims through updating claimant information in the database and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the organization as required to ensure smooth claim processing
Candidate Requirements
  • 0 - 1 year of experience - Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Self-motivated and committed.
  • Background in insurance sector preferred. 
  • Microsoft office competency
Education Bachelor’s Degree
