Job Summary
Responsible for registering, processing, and investigating received insurance claims and determining the coverage.
Job Responsibilities- Registering & acknowledging of received claims via calls, emails and walk in once assigned.
- Investigating the raised claim through contacting the identified stakeholders accordingly.
- Validation of the accuracy of the provided documents.
- Developing effective justification memos to support the processing of the claims.
- Managing the full claim process.
- Maintaining accurate records of all claims through updating claimant information in the database and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization as required to ensure smooth claim processing
- 0 - 1 year of experience - Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated and committed.
- Background in insurance sector preferred.
- Microsoft office competency
