We are looking for a Supervisor Consumer Engagement to join our Commercial team. If you have good negotiation, reporting and planning skills. If you have a strong knowledge of the different consumer engagement channels. If you have minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any other relevant field degree. If you are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

This role is based either in the East or West of Algeria.
Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will collaborate with the Business Unit manager in the overall efforts to deploy and follow up on Consumer Engagement objectives.

This role is based either in the East or West of Algeria.
Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will collaborate with the Business Unit manager in the overall efforts to deploy and follow up on Consumer Engagement objectives.
More specifically, you will:
- Build relationship with touchpoints within the territory (retail, HoReCa, NTP (non-traditional touch points).
- Set annual and short-term objectives.
- Ensure all touchpoints at the territory are timely covered with census by CE team.
- Ensure reach of unique consumers by CE activation at the certain geo in the variety of the touchpoints as per consumer traffic.
- Provide feedback on existing CE mechanics to Marketing team.
- Know and effectively use tools for candidates’ selection and performance management.
- Know people management principles and hiring, performance assessment, development tools.
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions to direct reports in accordance with field coaching standards.
- Graduate in Business Studies or Social Sciences.
- 3Y+ field experience in Executive roles (Consumer Engagement preferred) in FMCG sector in relevant professional area with proven experience in organizing and managing special events.
- Positive record of Developing Others - peers/project members.
- Fluency in English & French both written & spoken.
