Today, we are looking for a Territory Supervisor to join our team.

This role is based in Meknes.

Your ‘day to day’

Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will develop and execute comprehensive area deployment plan to address in the best possible way the needs of Legal Age Smokers in an efficient, agile and collaborative way of working with partners and agencies.

More specifically you will:

• Ensure a comprehensive knowledge, understanding of the assigned territory in order to deploy the right plan.
• Identify new development opportunities for improvement and define the action plan to execute accordingly and to achieve the objectives.
• Ensure optimal standard of distribution by monitoring availability and stock levels across the assigned area.
• Plan and monitor a distribution target within the assigned territory in line with the management to improve distribution level for existing & new brands, taking into consideration the territory profile.
• Review the deployment initiatives and ensure clear directions on way forward.
• Manage and follow-up the local implementation of agreed upon initiatives in order to ensure maximum effect of business activities.
• Leverage the latest Digital tools available to upgrade the quality of both consumer and retail experience.
  
  
  

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate in Business Studies, Engineering or Social Sciences
• 3+ years’ experience in sales or marketing ideally in FMCG
• Excellent commands in Microsoft tools
• Digital savviness
• Fluency in English & French both written & spoken
