IIQAF is looking for an experienced and responsible Security System Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and programming of various security systems and equipment in order to protect the premises and safety of our staff and visitors. You will be tasked with ensuring that effective precautions are taken to mitigate risk and provide a secure environment.

- Monitor security systems activity to ensure effective functioning of systems
- Respond promptly to security system alarms and emergency situations
- Respond to service requests by programming relevant security systems
- Maintain effective records of security system maintenance
- Ensure universal safety standards and rules are followed
- Track and order necessary spare parts for security systems
- Directly assist in the delivery of customer service in remarking areas
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any security system issues
- Develop and maintain up-to-date operations and maintenance manuals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background in security systems installation and maintenance
- Five or more years of experience operating security systems
- Knowledge of security systems, e.g., CCTV, door access, fire alarm systems
- Ability to troubleshoot surveillance systems such as Analog, IP, HD/SDI
- Knowledge of alarm systems and safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple high-pressure situations at once
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Flexible with working days, weekends, and holidays as required
