We are looking for an experienced Admin Clerk to join the team at IIQAF. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

- Greet customers, answer phones, and direct visitors
- Carry out basic administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, supplies, and other related documents
- Monitor and replenish office stationery and supplies
- Prepare and submit administrative reports to management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer correspondence
- Provide general support to all departments
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as needed
- Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field is preferred
